{"id":35,"date":"2020-07-21T15:07:40","date_gmt":"2020-07-21T18:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/igc.usp.br\/acolhimento\/?page_id=35"},"modified":"2020-08-26T17:58:30","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T20:58:30","slug":"apresentacao","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/igc.usp.br\/acolhimento\/","title":{"rendered":"Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/igc.usp.br\/acolhimento\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2020\/08\/AcolheGeo_Logo.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-85\" width=\"241\" height=\"232\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O Projeto&nbsp; Acolhimento \u2013&nbsp;AcolheGeo, tem por objetivo&nbsp; melhorar, promover o acolhimento, a empatia,&nbsp;o sentimento de pertencimento, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o, proporcionar momentos de escuta e de troca de&nbsp;experi\u00eancias,&nbsp;possibilitando \u00e0s&nbsp;pessoas&nbsp;condi\u00e7\u00f5es para um melhor e maior desenvolvimento, bem como um&nbsp; ambiente mais solid\u00e1rio, respeitoso, agrad\u00e1vel e saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto est\u00e1 estruturado em 3 pilares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2663 Acolhimento<\/strong>: Assessoria de Acolhimento: servi\u00e7o respons\u00e1vel pelas atividades e a\u00e7\u00f5es que englobam o Projeto Acolhimento: local, canal aberto para acolher, escutar, esclarecer d\u00favidas e dar o encaminhamento necess\u00e1rio. Este servi\u00e7o contar\u00e1 com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos Grupos de Mentoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2663<\/strong> <strong>Mentoria\/Rodas de Conversas<\/strong>: promover a escuta, praticar a empatia, orientar e dar suporte a todos da comunidade do IGc que necessite deste amparo, por meio de encontros. Est\u00e3o previstas duas modalidades de Grupos de Mentoria: de Acolhimento (GMA) e de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o (GMO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O <strong><em>GMA<\/em><\/strong> tem por objetivo oferecer amparo em quest\u00f5es diversas como rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais aos membros da comunidade do Instituto. Composto por servidores docentes\/t\u00e9cnico-administrativos e discentes (do 4\u00ba e 5\u00ba ano da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e da p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/li><li>O <strong><em>GMO<\/em><\/strong> tem a finalidade de dar suporte em quest\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas e profissionais, d\u00favidas que ocorrem durante o curso e mercado de trabalho aos alunos da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.
