A iniciativa \u00e9 voltada a todos que fizeram ou fazem parte da institui\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 servidores docentes, t\u00e9cnico-administrativos, estudantes, pesquisadores ou ex-membros \u2014 que desejem compartilhar um pouco de sua trajet\u00f3ria no Instituto e de sua hist\u00f3ria de vida.<\/p><p>Mais do que uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de registro, o Acervo prop\u00f5e um espa\u00e7o de escuta e de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da experi\u00eancia humana, fortalecendo v\u00ednculos e o sentimento de pertencimento. Cada hist\u00f3ria \u00e9 \u00fanica e importante, e ao compartilh\u00e1-las, fortalecemos a identidade coletiva do IGc-USP.<\/p><p>Esta iniciativa est\u00e1 alinhada aos objetivos do Projeto de Acolhimento \u201cAcolheGeo\u201d, que valoriza o cuidado, a escuta e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cultura de acolhimento no ambiente universit\u00e1rio.<\/p><p>Vivemos um tempo marcado por grandes avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos, mas tamb\u00e9m por um distanciamento nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es humanas. As intera\u00e7\u00f5es tornaram-se mais r\u00e1pidas, por\u00e9m muitas vezes superficiais. Nesse contexto, escutar o outro \u2014 com tempo, aten\u00e7\u00e3o e sensibilidade \u2014 \u00e9 um gesto cada vez mais necess\u00e1rio.
